Our ELA specialist is leading a teacher bookstudy on Lee Smith's Guests on Earth, which fictionalizes the life of Zelda Fitzgerald. I used Chronicling America to identify some contemporary newspaper accounts about Zelda Sayre's early life and marriage to F. Scott Fitzgerald. the bookstudy will focus on Sayre as member of the Lost Generation, as Fitzgerald's muse, and as an author in her own right. English/Language Arts
