    Every year the United States celebrates Constitution Day on September 17. How much do your students know about U.S. constitutional rights? Do they know that those rights are different in the context of public schools? 

    In this post on the Primary Source Nexus we have compiled a list of Supreme Court cases over the years related to various amendments along with several articles and videos discussing students' constitutional rights.

    Wonderful resource   Julie Schaul, a good approach for government students - understanding the Supreme Court cases around amendments.
