    These images will be used to introduce middle school students to comics.  Students will learn to create their own comic strips using a combination of drawing and text that tells a story about school.  They will start with analyzing the Fall of Icarus (seeing how simple images can tell a story).  They will then look at cartoons and comics from different time periods and comics that take place in a school setting.
