We recognize the names of notable people (Elizabeth Cady Stanton) and events (Seneca Falls) associated with the suffrage movement.  But what about the less familiar?

Suffragette Cities of the Midwest, an articl in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, inspired me to learn more about what happened (and is still happening) in my neck of the woods. Some information was familiar; some was not.  The article is available digitally as Midwest Traveler: Where to celebrate the 100th anniversary of women's suffrage, Sept 1, 2019

This album includes items from the Library of Congress vast collections and the very helpful State digital collections.

What can you add from your state or city?
