On the discussion board I referenced this resource: A Close Look at Close Reading by Beth Burke.

On pages 11-13 there are suggested questions for each of the three Common Core College and Career Ready Anchors (Key Ideas and Details, Craft and Structure, and Integration of Knowledge and Ideas).

I have used this resource with teachers as we devise analysis questions to use during the close reading of a text with good outcomes.

I'm sure you too will see the value and application in this resource.

The QFT Card provides a quick snapshot of the six core components of the process. This resource is a good handout to distribute to participants after they’ve been introduced to the QFT process.

This guide describes the key components of the QFT and includes a template to experience the process.
